I Called ahead of time to make sure that I had a fridge cart in the Van.They said yes , there was a fridge card in the van cause I had ordered one. Take a confirmed that I ordered one.And when I went to pick up my order was different because they did not have a fridge cart at that location , which made my job very hard to move my large Appliances., they did not tell me. I was not getting a fridge cart.
Mandy HI wasn't able to get anywhere with getting my deposit back Ended up having to pay almost $350 for a 2 hr drive, seems ridiculous for uhaul as a whole
KRISTIAN OMake sure it’s not sunken and frozen into the ground before a customer is due to rent the truck. We had to dig around the tires with my ice scraper as the truck wouldn’t move. We were on a tight schedule and this was not something we needed to deal with. The gas was not filled a quarter tank either but yet when we returned it with the same amount of gas my credit card got charged for the extra gas. I wasn’t impressed at all.
