UNSAFE!! UHAUL'S COMPANY POLICY OF NO SNOWBRUSHES IS PUTTING CUSTOMERS IN DANGER IN WINTER. I can't believe that you endanger your clients in this way. In a bad storm in Canada and the northern US it is often necessary to clear the windows several times a day. This is totally irresponsible. Now this is not the local office doing this - it's the entire company. SHAME ON YOU.
