How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe representative could have offered assistance carrying the rental equipment out to the vehicle, particularly for an elderly customer. A small gesture like this would have demonstrated greater courtesy and improved the overall customer service experience.
Glenn ZPick up was steady and smooth, love that the pick up is at the hotel, 24 hour service. Friendly staff, would definitely rent here again.
