Margaret KGreat staff at the Rodeway Inn in Stratford, ON. The equipment I booked was defective and I could not use it. The staff worked with me to make other arrangements which I appreciated. The billing is a frustrating piece however. Duplication of charges and being overcharged is something I was told would not happen but that was the case. Frustrating it is 3-5 business days wait to correct.
