Poor pick up experience. No one at concierge to assit. Had to call in to customer service Poor drop off experience. I was over charged after drop off after confirming my earlier drop off would be noted and adjusted in my charge.

Had to dig hitch out of a snow bank/snow drift prior to hookup ourselves, this part was not so enjoyable.
Meagan S.No drop box or pick up box. Had to go in the building and wait for the key. The dolly I ordered was not in the car. The scratches and dents already present on the vehicle were not marked with the usual x sticker. The inside of the van had crumbs and mud.
