RANDY CTerrible service...charged $428 for 200km. Ripoff
James BI had rented out a truck for one day at one location. Never. This is the second time that this location didn't have a truck. Then I got a call from another location which was more than 30 km away from me to pick up a truck. I told him too far away so they sent me to another location which is a little closer but still got charged 4 km. I had ordered a 20 ft and got a 26. Was told that they would give me the price of a 20 ft and that did not happen. Was very disgusted with the service from U-Haul and I don't think I would ever rent another truck from you guys. Not once but twice this happened. U-Haul is such a big company and they cannot help out customers when they need it
DOMENICO NThe trailers don’t have jacks. I had to call a friend to come help get the trailer on the hitch because it was too heavy and I’m handicapped! Not cool.
