I parked the vehicle. A very nice gentleman took the key and that was it! An email was sent later and everything was perfect!

Charged more for gas than what was used
Nicole MTo refill the gas to level it was, before returning it, it would be nice to be able to gauge how much I need to put in. Yes, I’m using the “I’m just a girl card”. I might be an old girl, but it’s just the same. Also, on the app, my daughter tried taking pictures after returning it, but she skipped a step by mistake and couldn’t go back.
Bonnie SThe truck was almost empty of fuel even though it said 1/4 full on the sign out sheet. Also I wanted to rent a vehicle closer to my home but the website said the truck I wanted was not available even it sat at that location all day and not rented. Good way for U-Haul to make extra money on unnecessary mileage.
