The young lady at customer service (Nichole) was not to friendly. She hung up on me as I was trying to ask to speak to a supervisor. Had problems from the get-go. The truck and the auto transfer were in different locations. I had to go and pick it up with my Toyota Tacoma up in Pocono lake on Friday around 4:55 PM I was supposed to have been called back by Nicole because she was to speak to her supervisor about getting the auto transport down to the location, but Denver got back to me. I did the calling and I did the running around. Don’t believe the customer supposed to do that you have any questions or concerns. My number is 570-242-8728 thank you.

No one was there when I dropped off, which is fine and there were also no parking spots available for the drop off. I am happy with this location as it is super close to where I am vacationing for both drop off and pick up, I hope they have my rental for the end of this week and they don’t sent me far away to get it.
