I found it very difficult to use your app for the early pick up time and it kept adding extra charges to my bill that I did not want. Not easy to use the app. Fix it please!!!

They change my reservation from a 15 ft truck to a 20ft while I was on my way to pick it up. The mobile app process sucks. I had to call numerous times. I ordered this truck 1 month in advance. It was a nightmare. I suggest Penske in Scottsdale. I would NERVER recommend this business to anyone. They changed my drop off location also. Just a horrible experience.

GERALD AWe returned on a Sunday when they were not open. It was difficult to get a parking spot with all the cars there, but managed to pull in. Also could not initially find the key drop box with instructions for returning, so that was a bit frustrating. I'm sure if returning when open it would have been a lot easier and quicker.
