You did not have a trailer where I was staying and you guys would not transport one to my facility. I had to go 60 miles one way to rent it, but not pleased with that type of service.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkQuick process. Clean, well running truck. Not very good gas mileage, but that's what you get with a truck. Was easy to check out and back in. One note: When I returned the truck in the evening, around 7 p.m., there was an individual who approached me from the back lot saying that I could give the keys to him. I told him I was instructed to put the keys in the box. He just shrugged and walked away. I don't know if that person works for your operation. Maybe he does work there, but he looked a little rough around the edges.
Pete VHad trouble with the off hours pickup. A little confusing on using the APP. Not sure where the ball got dropped. My reservation wasn’t confirmed so had to do some phone calling to get things figured out.
Robert J1) the online app for unlocking a rented truck really really stinks same is incredibly frustrating to use. I had to re-enter information multiple multiple times. Worst of all, the online chat session with U-Haul customer support was totally useless. Multiple frantic attempts reach out to online support went unanswered.

The self check-in and check-out using the phone app was frustrating and unpleasant due to repeated errors messages that required multiple attempts in addition to several phone calls to service representative for assistance. Need to make the app more user friendly!
