This is a very sad story but unfortunately true listen to this location to pick up my U-Haul when I arrive the place was a spray shop that they were spraying vehicles in when I enter the door there was a gentleman spraying a car there was a gentleman in the back and their dog was running around the guy gets the dog and take some to the back by the gentleman is still spring the car by far doesn't even acknowledge that I'm standing there or he has a gas that's any inside of a spray Zone the guy goes and puts the dog up and comes up walks in the office and then sticks his head off the office and says you can come here when I enter the office there's another guy sitting in the chair Lounge back feet up watching TV smoking very unprofessional if I would have been a person that has some type of breathing problems this could have made things really worse for me the professionalism was poor the surroundings was poor the environment was poor customer relations was poor I would never recommend anybody to pick up a U-Haul from this location ever again then is he's going through asking me questions that's already been arranged he sets me up to return my U-Haul to a location that does not even accept U-Hauls anymore so now I'm left to drive around the city that I am unfamiliar with and I Uhaul that I've already put gas back in and I'm adding extra miles on to a truck to drive around and find locations that's going to return the truck went to two separate locations and the city that I drove the truck to in both places did not accept you all's I had to call customer service in order to return the truck this is been the worst experience ever when I picked up my truck the back of the truck was dirty there was frozen 30 blankets wood and wood blocks and trash all in the back not to mention the floor was built up mud from the previous movers I believe the truck wasn't even checked when the truck got checked back in when it was time for me to get my truck the gentleman explain nothing to me about the truck just to go ahead and staying outside will pull your truck around I never receive any type of paperwork do I need directions and regards to my service from what customer stand point this location should never be a are U-Haul place you should investigate places before you approve them to be able to sell your product because unfortunately it gives you a bad name

THe central customer service was not accommodating , this was my 2nd long mileage rental over 30 days (roughly $300 rental), the on-site person was very helpful in adjusting my rental to help me out with some extra time/miles during a holiday rental around New Years and very cold temperatures. The regional manager helped but making the reservation with Central customer service was not a great experience when you need some help.
