I once again was charged for insurance when I clearly chose no insurance when I reserved the trailer online. I attempted to call the uhaul franchisee and nobody answers the phone. What do I need to do to have this insurance removed and how do I keep this from happening in the future? I believe this practice is known as "packing " and it's legality is questionable at best. Not happy!
