Customer service at pick up was below average, we were ignored while the employee was on a personal call. The truck wasn’t clean, the A/C knob came off when we tried to use it. After dropping off the truck, we realized we left a charging cord in the truck. I repeatedly called to ask if they found it but nobody answered the truck. Also, the morning before I was scheduled to pick up the truck I called to confirm. Nobody had bothered to tell me that the location of pick up had changed. TV

SIMON AI have rented a box truck from Babhazara Grocery twice during the past month and intend to do so again in a week or two because everything about the rental experience has been excellent. The truck was incredibly well maintained and the customer service outstanding. The individual who took care of me for my last rental, Sean, was extremely helpful, accommodating, and very pleasant to deal with.
