this continues to happen and is extremely frustrating - to rent a vehicle from one location and end up having to drive a further distance when the customer is paying mileage. Twice now, I've chosen the closest location and get a confirmation and then at the last minute get switched to a different location. The last rental was confirmed with the size truck we ordered but when we get there they said it was unavailable, sent us somewhere else that only had a larger vehicle that we had to pay extra for - not fair and not good customer service
RUSSEL PSpray a lot of air freshener in the truck cab to mask the locker room smell!
