Employees of furniture store were very nice. But there was no one on property to assist in u haul. Had to make a call and lady told us what to do. We had to take pictures of several sides of u haul and use lock box for the key. We had to search property for our rental truck ourselves. Lady who was on the phone, who was telling us what to do was very rude. Then when returning the u haul there was another customer there doing the same. He also said he had a horrible experience w this location. Parking lot was not well lit so when returning after dark it was very hard to see and perform the tasks ourselves for return process. I feel like we did all the work for picking up and returning process. I will not use this location again
