Very clean and neat drop off location. Very convenient and easily accessible location. The location was closed so I had to use the app for the drop off. I would definitely recommend this location for pick up or drop off.

John COriginally booked closer to my home in Hobe Sound. Only after my reservation was I then informed it was 6 miles in the opposite direction in Stuart. The real issue is upon arriving door was lock and after 45 minutes of standing and waiting I was informed by a man working at thre storage units next door that he thought I needed to call UHaul. After another 30 minutes and downloading an app, sending pictures etc.. I was finally able to get the van. Why wasn’t I informed that this was going to be the process? What if my wife had just dropped me off and I did not have my cell phone? What if i needed blankets for the move, which I did? What if I needed a hand cart which I fortunately had one. Just overall a dissapointing experience that added 90 minutes to a very busy day and it all could have been avoided with better communication on the part of U Haul.
Daniel KThe truck was a literal death trap. While the engine was fine, the side mirrors kept falling down. Had I been driving this truck more than just a few minutes away, I would have returned it. I couldn’t see anyone behind or beside me. The side mirrors were completely useless. I’ve used Penske every move in the past and I’ll be only using them going forward.
