Customer service was excellent! U-Haul was very difficult to drive. Seemed like it struggled to accelerate and may have some transmission issues. Got the job done despite that. So I’m grateful for the overall experience.

The rented trailer worked out well for the transportation of a bedroom set to my sister in law. We had some issues with complete closing of the back door. I applied WD-40 to the hinges and latch and that helped but the door were difficult to close. Other than that everything worked out perfectly.

John GMake it easier for people to find the right building for dropping a truck off. Main door where big U-Haul sign was visible was not the right place - far from it. When calling the day before the female I spoke with seemed to be more interested in going home than helping customers calling with questions.
