I did the online check-in but I had to retrieve the keys from the reception desk at the far end of the complex. Not efficient.

Trailers were in the opposite end of the office. Didn't see the office because the employees were waiting for a key. Appeared to me that the employees were not knowledgeable about the working of the trailer. Never received any brief on trailer operation.
Terrance EI was suprised I only needed 1 day but they gave me two days because I was able to cover the miles I needed and made it more enjoyable I think it was less that way than anywhere else

CHARLES SVan was parked on a swale. Awkward for a customer to have to move a vehicle being used as advertising. Should’ve been moved to a parking spot before renting. Was told gas tank was full upon pickup. It was not. Had to return with more gas than it had when I picked it up because vendor believed it was full. All around poor customer service experience.
