This comment is strictly for the truck that I rented. It ran extremely rough and it felt as though I would not make it to my first location, which was within 10 miles. I was extremely disappointed when I first opened up the cab of the vehicle and the smell of cigarette smoke was overwhelming and I had to open up the windows to air out the cab. Granted there was no physical trash, but the inside of the cab was extremely dirty. The individual I dealt with was extremely helpful and kind and I would recommend their business. But again, as for the particular truck that I had rented, I would in no way recommend that this vehicle be used for a long road trip.

I cannot think of anything that could be improved. I love the fast, friendly, and professional service at Sours Automotive and renting a U-Haul from them was just as easy with professionalism and friendliness as always when doing business with them. The truck was very well maintained and the utility dolly was perfect for my needs.
