There is a U-Haul rental location closer to my residence, but I did not have a truck or van available I had to go to the Next nearest location which was 12 1/2 km from the location where I live I had to spend an extra $25 just to travel between the two U-Haul location This will be the last time that I rent a U-Haul

JOAN BThe roll up door needed servicing. I brought it to the attention of the staff and he said all one-way trailers are like that. After I picked up the trailer, I serviced the rollers and tracks and now working perfectly. Something the U-Haul location should have done.
