I used the app to locate and reserve the car hauler I needed and then just went and picked it up. The guy was nice enough and very easy to deal with. I was in a hurry and the process was quick and easy. Cant beat it! Easy to return as well

Rachel WBack of the truck was dirty, the weather stripping for the door was hanging off the cab frame, told the guy when I got back, I rented it for 24 hrs, but only used it for five and asked about a discount for cleaning the back of the truck and fixing the door and only using for about 5 hours, he said no and I took pictures before I left and tried to show him when I turned it in and he didn't want to see them, not happy🤨🤨🤨
JEFFREY EThe guy that waited on me wanted to know where we were going I told him 2 times Petersburg ,Virginia he charged me more than was original told to me by the people in Chesapeake u haul because they couldn't find a 15 foot truck I got a 20 for the same price but because he put me going to christianburge 483 dollars for the truck which was suppose to only be 250 once I got back to my vehicle I noticed mistake took it back in there he said he couldn't change it so UAM stuck now paying more than I iowe for some idiot that doesn't know how to do his job
