Joeseph M.I was charged the safe move insurance when I told them I didn't want it. I was told I had to call Uhaul. I called Uhaul and was put in a callback que. I received a call back the next day to be told that the insurance couldn't be removed because I had already returned the truck. Smh… this is a lose, lose situation.
