Every interaction was HORRID except the Sultan location which was significantly further that I planned to drive on my MOVING DAY! Keep your commitments. Single point of contact - each interaction required a MINIMUM of 5 TRANSFERS. Your staff sees the interaction ONLY from your systems and processes and not from the perspective of the client who is moving. I had to pay 3 movers for 2 hours because you failed to have the truck at the location promised. When I arrived it was closed.
