Truck, appliance dolly and moving blankets were not ready upon pickup. Unable to do remote mobile pick up as the keys were not in lockbox upon arrival and had to wait for attendant to help assist which delayed start of moving process over an hour. Moving blankets that were provided were sealed in bag, wet and vile smelling, so we were unable to utilize them but still had to pay for them

The vehicle I rented had 104,000 miles. That is a lot of miles. I thought vehicles were replaced at 100k miles

Scott OTruck did the work perfect. Truck was very dirty. Inside an out. I returned truck an never got a call back or reimbursement was never done. Paid for 180 miles an didn't go that far. I payed for 24 hrs an didn't have it 24 hrs. U-haul never got back????
