We have rented UHaul trucks many times in the last several years and have always been happy. But not with this rental. We had a base rate of $29.95 and ended up paying $250.00! This ridiculous gouging mainly was due to the gas for the vehicle. We started the rental with a quarter of a tank of gas (not a full tank which would have made filling the tank easier upon returning) and when we returned the vehicle we thought we had put enough gas back in the tank for our trip. We were charged a $30 fueling fee and $54 MORE for the gas they deemed necessary to make that quarter tank we started with!! When we complained to the UHaul Sultan Shell Station they said we needed to take our complaint to UHaul… which we will be doing. DO NOT rent from this UHaul location if you’re looking for honesty and great service.

Maintenance on the vehicles. Ours felt like it was going to break down at any moment. It was a very expensive rental for less than 24hrs and going maybe 15 miles. I was very disappointed with the price I paid and I couldn't understand the guy I rented it from

Beorn TThey did not have the truck I requested and blamed it on Uhaul scheduling. The real reason is the person that had the truck I reserved did not bring it back as required. Poor customer service. No truck check and moldy blankets, too! I've been a uhaul user for 30 years and this location should be banned from renting uhaul.
