They did not have the truck I requested and blamed it on Uhaul scheduling. The real reason is the person that had the truck I reserved did not bring it back as required. Poor customer service. No truck check and moldy blankets, too! I've been a uhaul user for 30 years and this location should be banned from renting uhaul.

They did not check my uhaul in when i dropped it off
Guinevere DAttendant wasn’t very understandable as English was his second language.
HOWARD AEvery interaction was HORRID except the Sultan location which was significantly further that I planned to drive on my MOVING DAY! Keep your commitments. Single point of contact - each interaction required a MINIMUM of 5 TRANSFERS. Your staff sees the interaction ONLY from your systems and processes and not from the perspective of the client who is moving. I had to pay 3 movers for 2 hours because you failed to have the truck at the location promised. When I arrived it was closed.
