I'm not sure if the guy who hooked my trailer up was properly certified. I told him I needed help hooking it up. He didn't lock it. The trailer came off. Where the chains are locked on its damaged because it came off. It scratched my SUV!!!! Thank God for the chains it someone could have been seriously hurt I can fix my vehicle but now I have damage I have to fix!!! I think he needs to be recertified!

Con: 40 mile round trip to pick up trailer with the drop off 50 mile round trip. 90 miles total drop and pick up when there were closer locations.
