The process of getting the U-Haul was a little long. I filled out everything online but I was asked all the same questions again. But other than that, I had a great experience, and I highly recommend.

BRECKEN RHave someone there to aid in disconnecting trailor
STEVEN EI stopped into the location and asked if I could rent a 15 foot truck the next day and was told none available. I asked if there was any other size available and was told no. Left and Went online and booked a 20 foot truck! It’s like they couldn’t be bothered. Terrible Customer Service
