Please move the sign out front by the road. The location makes it difficult to see the oncoming traffic to exit the lot safely.

Timothy CI had rented a 15’ truck. I got there unlocked the lock box, and it did not have a key in it. I proceeded to sit on hold with customer support for 30mins in 80° heat trying to get a solution. The “solution” was giving me a 20’ truck (which I took out of necessity and lack of time). Had too much room to where my belongings to shift or fall during transport. And at the end of the reservation when I went to put gas back in, it took 12 gallons to fill from the 40 miles I did. I recommend topping off your vehicles when they get back so I don’t get screwed out of the $4.09 a gallon after having to drive a truck much larger than what I originally had reserved.
