Owner sent me out with.6x12 trailer that had now working tail lights clearance lights or marker lights. Tolar they weren’t supposed to be on although my headlights were on on my pickup. Luckily I only had to use it during daylight hours. I informed him I was a retired trucker of 44 years and knew when lights were inoperable. When I brought trailer back an Indian woman checked me in and I told her she needed a haul mechanic to fix lights before they caused an accident. She did not seem to care. The owner knew when I rented trailer he had a problem with lights and tried to put it in me that I didn’t know what was taking about. U-Haul needs to pull his contract. I didn’t have the option of refusing trailer since that was his only trailer of that size available. If I had to have it during nighttime I’d have refused it. He is jeopardizing peoples lives there at that rental location.

I would never recommend the Summit Ms. they are thieves and liars to your face!
David HHad to call and wait 30 minutes for attendant to arrive. Was on a phone call with someone else the entire time. Very poor presentation. Will not use again unless I have no other option.
Stan CYard is a mud hole if it rains, and customer service is below par.
