I arrived at the location about 10 mins prior to my reservation. I was told that the only person in the store didn't know how to complete the paperwork process. I had to wait for about 45 mins for someone else to arrive. Once he arrived he seemed annoyed. I finally got the process completed. I guess he never signed the trailer back in after i returned it the same night because I received a call from another guy 2 days later asking if I returned it back to the location. I stated yes the exact same night. This process wasn't as easy as I thought it would be. I will use another location next time.

Get people that know what they are doing. Guy was more concerned with people on phone then the customer in front of him. Place stunk and he didn't help hooking up trailer. He took forever and didn't provided any paperwork.
The people at this location are incompetent. They gave me keys, no contract and said take the truck. I had to call 800 number as I left to pay and obtain insurance
Arrived 47 minutes past 12 noon to pick up the trailer. Was informed by the person working that the man that handles the uhaul rentals had already left. She stated she did not know how and that I would have to go across town to find the man that does. Finally, after speaking with customer service, I went back to the location, where she finally got him on the phone. He stated that he had just received my reservation earlier that morning, and obviously did not check. I was able to complete my reservation with him on the phone. So after two hours, I was finally able to get the trailer I reserved.
My overall experience with u hauls corporate office was horrible they scheduled me pick up and did not have another location it was said is going to give me a $50 rebate but it's going to take 5 to 10 business days they took the money out of my account right away this is not right u Haul is very horrible to deal with but the location where I finally got my equipment the people there was polite and help me out but u haul.com sucks

Initially came to get truck at 1230 and was told to come back at 230. At 230, was asked to come back at 5 pm. I personally had to close the last order out in order to get my order processed. The three ladies in your Jackson, MS were particularly exceptional. They thought on their feet and still made the rental happen. The pick up location was in a word....TERRIBLE.
When I got there the man told me that uhaul was closed for the day at this location because he didn't know how to work the computer and no one else was there at the time to work it. Then after calling 3 different locations and waiting for an hour and a half the man got someone there to help me... then when I return the uhaul and only go over my milage by 6 miles and fill the tank up past what it was on when I got it . They decide to call me and tell me that I still owe 7 dollars and I am very upset about this and Don't want to use uhaul again.
First off, I was transferred to this location since the location closer to me was out of town (closed). I had to track down my transfer information (i.e., no email notification, call, etc.). When I went to pick-up, I had to wait over an hour for the "agent" to return to the location, then the location had no furniture pads, even though these had been ordered on the web reservation days earlier.
Have someone at the site that can assist you. I went to retrieve u-haul-- Bob not there, so I had to wait an hour & return to pick up u -haul.
The attendants were rude. There was no one there who could handle the reserved transaction. We had to wait until someone could come in to complete our reservation. Delayed an hour. Very very rude.
Hours of operation are short and facility is not very clean. If customer reserves blankets there ought to be some blankets. Don't fail to update app in computer. Mine had wrong vehicle and I was charged for blankets I did not get and therefore did not have any to turn ini at destination. Juswt tend to business and be morfe professional.

Did not have the appliance hand truck as reserved. Also did not have all of the pads that were reserved. The truck had a major shimmy at speeds above 60mph which shook the mirrors so badly that they were unusable. Will not use UHaul again.
I waited over and hour to get truck, no one was there to even sign the truck to me! I had two guys I was paying to stand and wait.
Manager ultimately worked out all issues but quite a comedy of errors that cost me nearly a three hour wait. Most people would have just left with the very poor customer service.

Was not contacted the night before as promised by U-Haul to confirm pick-up location. Therefore, went to requested location and they had nothing. Had to call the District Manager myself to find another location to pick up. Not professional at any level from not following up with my order to the personnel at either location in McComb.
Reservation for 12 noon, I called said I will be there an hour late. Got there at 1 - truck was stuck in mud had to be towed out. Lady at counter didnt speak english and was very rude, said she cant help me her husband will come. I had to wait another 45 minutes. Horrible experience, delayed my whole moving day.

i was told three different times to pick up my truck at the wrong times. i waited 8 hrs after driving an hour an a half. its not the locations fault its the way you guys handel your reservations. overall the product was great the reservation was handeled sub par.
Made arrangements with local facility to pick up at 8:00. They didn't show up until 9:00
Uhauls should not be operated out of gas stations that use 90's laptops with 56k connection speeds. It takes a very long time. I don't feel confident in what I'm getting.
