Had to call and wait 30 minutes for attendant to arrive. Was on a phone call with someone else the entire time. Very poor presentation. Will not use again unless I have no other option.

CALEB SEven though I requested an appliance dolly a week earlier, they did not have one available. I was to navigate 9 brick steps with the appliances I needed to move which was quite dangerous with the smaller dolly they provided. Very disappointed with U-Haul and with this location
