Best thing you could do is not let this location or these people have anything to do with your product. It's a nasty junky location. The people who run the store barely speak English and are probably the rudest people I've ever met. They were absolutely no help. I had to find and get the product myself with a representative over the phone. She was AMAZING!Austin D.

I arrived at the location about 10 mins prior to my reservation. I was told that the only person in the store didn't know how to complete the paperwork process. I had to wait for about 45 mins for someone else to arrive. Once he arrived he seemed annoyed. I finally got the process completed. I guess he never signed the trailer back in after i returned it the same night because I received a call from another guy 2 days later asking if I returned it back to the location. I stated yes the exact same night. This process wasn't as easy as I thought it would be. I will use another location next time.Leterica J.

Arrived 47 minutes past 12 noon to pick up the trailer. Was informed by the person working that the man that handles the uhaul rentals had already left. She stated she did not know how and that I would have to go across town to find the man that does. Finally, after speaking with customer service, I went back to the location, where she finally got him on the phone. He stated that he had just received my reservation earlier that morning, and obviously did not check. I was able to complete my reservation with him on the phone. So after two hours, I was finally able to get the trailer I reserved.William F.
My overall experience with u hauls corporate office was horrible they scheduled me pick up and did not have another location it was said is going to give me a $50 rebate but it's going to take 5 to 10 business days they took the money out of my account right away this is not right u Haul is very horrible to deal with but the location where I finally got my equipment the people there was polite and help me out but u haul.com sucksjohnnie R.

Initially came to get truck at 1230 and was told to come back at 230. At 230, was asked to come back at 5 pm. I personally had to close the last order out in order to get my order processed. When I got there the man told me that uhaul was closed for the day at this location because he didn't know how to work the computer and no one else was there at the time to work it. Then after calling 3 different locations and waiting for an hour and a half the man got someone there to help me... then when I return the uhaul and only go over my milage by 6 miles and fill the tank up past what it was on when I got it . They decide to call me and tell me that I still owe 7 dollars and I am very upset about this and Don't want to use uhaul again.Rachelle Y.
First off, I was transferred to this location since the location closer to me was out of town (closed). I had to track down my transfer information (i.e., no email notification, call, etc.). When I went to pick-up, I had to wait over an hour for the "agent" to return to the location, then the location had no furniture pads, even though these had been ordered on the web reservation days earlier.KEITH M.

Hours of operation are short and facility is not very clean. If customer reserves blankets there ought to be some blankets. Don't fail to update app in computer. Did not have the appliance hand truck as reserved. Also did not have all of the pads that were reserved. The truck had a major shimmy at speeds above 60mph which shook the mirrors so badly that they were unusable. Will not use UHaul again.ELIZABETH Y.

Reservation for 12 noon, I called said I will be there an hour late. Got there at 1 - truck was stuck in mud had to be towed out.
