The location is convenient and the vehicle functioned as intended. However, the person at McLendon’s who processed the vehicle return overcharged me for fuel usage. I only traveled 3 miles, but was charged for 4 gallons of fuel! Less than a mile per gallon, which is not possible or correct. I have filed a claim with U-Haul for a credit.
CLAIR NMessed up my reservation at last minute. Had to drive an hour each way to pick it up. Adding insult is I was charged for the additional mileage although U Haul said they wouldn’t.
