The staff was amazing very helpful. The location was right where we needed it to be easy access on and off the freeway. My only concern and disappointment was the cleanliness of the vehicle. Somebody prior to us had a dog there was hair. There was other substances there was just unclean environment in the whole interior of the truck. I have pictures that I took because I didn’t wanna be charged for somebody else’s mess?

ELVIS MWhen trying to return the truck, we walked in the building and had a hard time finding a worker. We approached a checkout person and they pointed to the services desk to hand off the u-haul keys. We then stood there for 10+ minutes with several workers walking past us, before someone asked if we needed help or had been helped, to which responded that we needed to drop off the keys and no, no one had helped us yet.
