Very nice but the woman renting us the U-Haul said it needed to be returned by Tuesday at 9:30 so we asked her if it could be extended. The original order was for Wednesday at 9:30 so when she extended to Wednesday at 4 it cost me an extra 200 dollars. Disappointed that I didn’t need to spend the extra due to her getting the day wrong
