Was under contract to drop off in ocean shores, then your office called and said I had to drive out of my way by 30 miles each way to drop off in central park. Not happy about that
tin D.The Dooley with a vehicle on it was impossible to back up. The tires would immediately Jack knife and the dolly drifted to the left while driving. Definitely not a safe unit.
Scott S.My contract was completely messed up. It got converted from one way to an in town contract and they messed up the safe tow price. I was told it was $9 for the trip but it was actually another $8 per day. So at $48 I would have declined and just let USAA work it out if something happened. The Regional manager can't fix a $40 insurance discrepancy on a bill and after waiting on hold for over an hour to talk to Uhaul in the first place this has been a big waste of my time. I will either not use McClendon's again or not use Uhaul again.
Robert K.Charged me again at drop off, I understand mileage, but not all the other charges. Mistakenly filled up the tank for a whooping $95.00 and won't refund over payment.

Misti A.I was supposed to have a rental from Buckley but they canceled it & moved me to Sumner the next day since they didn't have the trailer in yet from another renter. I was told I would have a $50 credit but it was not on my account. Then the summer location tried to charge me an extra $20 saying that rates went up a wk ago but I booked it just a couple days ago. Either uhaul is a scam or these smaller franchises are trying to do a bait & switch
