Richard Hing was excellent in his customer service skills. He was very attentive to my needs. He went above and beyond to help me with my checkout I would really recommend him to anyone… But as far as renting the truck, it could’ve been better maintained a little bit of a rough ride such as a suspension was doing a lot of not a lot of giving. It seemed like you wanted to die, but it didn’t. The ride was just really rough… But other than that, my best part of this trip was the customer service that I received from Richard Hing at save money market.
