In my experience, the lady and the gentleman in charge treated me very badly. I felt I was racist, and the lady was arrogant. I'm a customer, not an enemy.
LUIGI JMake it clear what the pick up and drop off time is. There was no issue with the pick up locations, but it was so hard to make a booking for the duration that I needed the vehicle. I had to change the reservation 3 times, and finally the email I received, reflected the booking.
Pardeep SThis location was chaotic to say the least. The woman working the computer didn’t know what she was doing, she was rude, she was poor at communicating, and overall I’d never go there again. Her instructions were not clear and led to a very long and extended pick up process. 0/10.
