Karans international was great, very helpful and pleasant to deal with. However, getting to Karans was an ordeal. I was 15 minutes late to pick up a truck at a different location. I was told there was no truck there. I called UHaul and got a dispatcher in the US. They sent me to a location that was closed on Sundays, the day I needed the truck. I called again and got a dispatcher in Edmonton who was very helpful and got me to Karans. All in all a terrible run around that makes me reconsider using UHaul in the future. Except for Karans.
Michael BI spoke to customer care and told about the delay, and wanting to change either the pick up or drop of time but that did not change and then I was charged extra for the late delivery. This lack of communication isn’t what I was looking forward to which ended up costing me more than that I should had been charged
