Phone number originally provided was not answered and as no staff on-site at time of delivery, drop-off was somewhat confused and delayed, but a prompt call-back from another number got things on track and this representative was very friendly and helpful. Great service once contact was made.
JAMES Mtruck from a location near my home. However, after my booking was confirmed, I received a call informing me that the pickup location had been changed. As a result, I was forced to take a Lyft/Uber to reach the new location, which cost me extra money. On top of that, the additional distance also increased my fuel costs for the truck.
