MICHAEL CNo personal were present. Signage of location was not easily seen from street.
Bradley PHard to give a good report as it was closed when we went to return the truck. No indication on our reservation that we had to return it between certain hours. Huge inconvenience and actually had to park it in a lot not where it was supposed to be in order to leave it. They did make it work and called us, but it was an EXTREMELY difficult process.
Ryan MI was sent a message stating I could drop off after hours at this location, after being told it was impossible. There were closed gates and locks that needed passwords. Took me an extra two hours to get it sorted because no one replied to my texted through the website. Incredibly frustrating.
