Lloyd VGood morning, I went to pick up a 15” truck specially wanted to book a day earlier for early morning pick up. I went on location and talk to the U-Haul representative and he told to come in the early morning and he will be there. Next morning I went on time but there was nobody waited there for 45 minutes and finally gas station guy help me. Same happened when I went to drop the truck after 4 hours, drop the keys to gas station guys. Still wait for partial refund. Seems like nobody care about the customer. I wasted so much time for no reason.

Israel LThe trailer had not been inspected prior to my rental. There was a lock on the trailer and the location had no tools on hand to remove the lock. It took 1 hour for them to remove the lock. The staff were friendly but the service is UNACCEPTABLE!
