Employee Jaskarant was aggressive, rude, not knowledgeable and impatient While I showed transaction in my bank account, he demanded receipt which is difficult to find in the account after the order was modified by him. He said “Don’t waste my time” and left. When I finally found a receipt it is appeared that our mattress bags paid a month ago are not available. He began calling manager, I had to wait and finally he suggested to pay again. He also didn’t provide blankets ordered with the order a month ago saying that the other customer will come and need them. Why is it my problem? When I place an order a month ahead I expect to come and have everything ready, not asking, arguing or getting rude service. He was making comments how my daughter should talk to him although he made us suffer with his service for an hour. I found that he was extremely disrespectful and poor trained. I would terminate such an employee because he has no idea what customer service mean at all. Maybe it’s because I am a woman and not Indian because the rest Indian men were prioritized although came later. We were ignored during this hour. No apologoes, nothing!!!. Order maid a month ago, mattress bags were ordered and paid ahead. He couldn’t find them, the appeared he doesn’t have any, was calling manager and finally began to yell me that I should call Uhaul, he is just working here and tired of me. No ordered blankets, no service, no help. I want to submit a claim for compensation for poor service. I felt discriminated and treated with zero respect. I was trying to stay polite and nice but it’s is really hard to do in a such situation. It’s my worst experience with Uhaul, I don’t believe I want it again. I am going to leave google review about this location and particular employee. I never have any biases but nobody is allowed to speak to me or my daughter in this manner with the highest level of neglect, especially when I am a customer who pay you. I hope he will be terminated. It’s impossible to train basic respect to people, even if they are not Indian. Hate this location, and experience of that day. It’s a shame for such a big company hire someone like this.

The breaks were rubbing on the rotors badly used up more fuel for acceleration other then that experience was good
