JASVEER KThe stuff is extremely rude and doesn't have equipment which is available on the app. I had ordered a utility dolly but it wasn't available. The counter receptionist threatened me to cancel the booking when I told him that I need a dolly and it was available to the online and I booked it 3-4 days ago.
Amogh JEveryone we dealt with were very efficient and super helpful. We couldn’t unload the truck at our storage space and the people at a different U-Haul location (96 ave Surrey)arranged for us to get space at their lot to unload the truck and get it back on time. Very impressed, will definitely use U-Haul again
