The lock of back door can't open with right combination I had to wait for more than one hour then took truck with locked door and cut the lock at my house by myself.it took me another hour.so I can't get to ferry on time.was bad 😞 experience for me!

CHRISTOPHER Yfirst truck I tried to rent was dirty inside and the check engine light was on. second truck was also dirty inside and the transmission kept slipping out of reverse into neutral.
John MFirst of all it takes to much time like i have to call assistant and then store worker help me with a rudely language and like he is behaving like he is giving me the truck and also got payed for parking and got overpaid for uhaul and i add more gas then previous still got overcharged
