The trailer had not been inspected prior to my rental. There was a lock on the trailer and the location had no tools on hand to remove the lock. It took 1 hour for them to remove the lock. The staff were friendly but the service is UNACCEPTABLE!

Build a better check in process, and have fail safes in place when the process fails. The attendants at the location were not able to work together to solve my problem, making things take way longer than they should have.
Kristophe BThey told me that the fuel was 3/8 tank full but in reality it was only 1/4th tank full. Also Uhaul changed my pick up location twice which i do not appreciate as it increased my travel distance by atleast 12 kms and I has to pay it out of my pocket.
