I showed up ten minutes early and was told come back when my reservation was for. I picked up late evening and had to go get the truck from an unlit dirt lot. The truck itself was old, not even power locks, windows. The check engine light was constantly on. When I brought the truck back I was told I would have to wait 15-20 minutes if I wanted an invoice printed. I needed that evening to submit to my office to expense. I specifically asked them if I would owe anything extra based on miles which is why I needed the exact amount on an invoice. He came back from the lot and dinged me $15 for being a hair off the gas line and said that was it. I didn't want to argue so I said let's just go back in and I would pay it. He followed me back in and when I got to the counter he looked confused as to why I was there. He stated they would just run it on the card and email me. I questioned it but got the same response. At this point I was so agitated. That I left. About 5 minutes later I received my receipt via email and was charged almost $80 more for mileage. This was the exact question I asked multiple times. I don't normally complain and do t expect anything from this other than to vent. I use you once or twice annually so it's not a big loss to you but at this point would never recommend and will look at Hone Depot service going forward. I have been in sales and dependant on customer service to maintain my business my whole adult life and cannot say enough how pissed off I am. Thanks for taking the time to read this.Bradley S.

The only thing I didn't like was that I asked for a printed copy of the receipt upon return of the truck and the guy just told me that they emailed it to me. I told him that I received the email but I also wanted a printed copy and he became hesitant to give it to me. Either he didn't know how to print a receipt or he just did not want to do it for me. So customer service, for some, is really lackingIan I.
