felix mWe were charged an extra fee for gas even though we refilled the vehicle at the same U-Haul gas station right before returning it. We made sure to fill the tank before leaving, so being charged an additional gas fee was very disappointing and unfair. The staff should have verified the fuel level before adding extra charges. Overall, this experience left us very dissatisfied.
