I read all the reviews and I wouldn't have used this location, but I wanted to rent a van. I fully braced myself for a negative experience as per the reviews, instead the staff on duty were knowledgeable and helpful. It was only on the return drop off that things were a bit difficult, but that is on the self serve app that would drop our information only for it to reappear after starting over.
TREVOR KShe didn't know the process, waste a lot of time to have the truck; and I had to return the truck by myself.
Liqing HThe person at the counter was great and friendly. However, I strongly suggest they check the van's batteries before giving it to customers. I lost 2 hours of moving because of a dead battery.
ANNA CNorma (the person who helped us at the location) was exceptionally friendly, very customer service oriented and tried her best to get us on the road. That said: She needs more training in operating the booking system. The other comment is that I received a phone call at 8 am asking why the truck has not been returned...my booking was until 4 pm (8 hours later). He was pretty insistent that I return the truck... When I actually returned the truck the procedure was flawless.
