When I arrived at the office, the person in charge was not there. Also, the truck was not clean.

Place was closed at drop off but it looks like it’s wrecking yard. Lots of damaged U-Haul vans likely getting repaired. Looks sketchy though
SCOTT GThe straps for front tires were almost too short on auto trailer, about 1" extra to work with. Buckles were rusty and not very user friendly.
KARL PThe equipment was covered in road sand, and three of the lights weren't working, BUT to their credit, the staff at Low Cost Auto Body took the time to do a light check with us, and was able to repair the lights before we loaded our vehicle and departed. Maneuvering the big 26' truck in their narrow lot was difficult, and we had to block traffic on the highway to complete the maneuver. Staff was excellent, but location is awkward.
