The first option they gave us was not good. The truck was dirty and had a cracked windshield. We had to request another vehicle and wait about 30 more minutes, but then they helped us properly. The store was also unable to print the contract and the receipt. After these inconveniences, everything worked out, and the truck performed well during the trip.
ROCCIO RWhen I arrived at the office, the person in charge was not there. Also, the truck was not clean.
Eduardo CPlace was closed at drop off but it looks like it’s wrecking yard. Lots of damaged U-Haul vans likely getting repaired. Looks sketchy though
SCOTT GThe straps for front tires were almost too short on auto trailer, about 1" extra to work with. Buckles were rusty and not very user friendly.
