How U-Haul Reviews WorkFirst trailer they hooked up to my truck had a flat tire. He said, "you can just put air in it". I asked how long it had been sitting there and he said it was dropped off the day prior. It obviously had a significant leak. He then told me to meet him down the street where there was a trailer hooked to a cube van. The brakes on that trailer were not working at all. I took a chance and gave myself lots of room to stop in traffic. My overall experience with uhaul was absolutely terrible. They canceled/modified my reservation twice in one week. I missed my ferry reservation to the island. I was charged $20 extra because I was not allowed to drop the trailer in my town of Courtenay. They made me drive over an hour to drop it in Nanaimo and I was 15 minutes late. Never using uhaul ever again.
Derek BTrailer has seen better days and is in need of maintenance or retirement was filthy and greasy inside. We had to clean it before use.

Brad CI got the truck with half a tank of gas and then I was charged $71 for gas because I brought back with half a tank. Thankfully I took a picture of the kilometres before I drove the truck and I was reimbursed the $71.
