We had a reservation to pick up at this location at 6:30 PM, which was already changed from the original location. We were supposed to pick up from. When we got there at 6:30 no one was there we called U-Haul. They didn’t see our reservation. Eventually, the man for this location came and was nice and he did give us the key, but the lady on the phone with U-Haul said we did not have a reservation when we’ve had it for months. It was a hassle to pick the U-Haul up and it took over an hour. The lady on the phone was also telling us that instead we could go drive another half an hour to a different location and pick up a larger U-Haul than what we had originally ordered, which was very inconvenient for us.The man at the location was friendly and nice and did help us out, but overall the U-Haul experience seemed very unorganized.

1. Trucks are parked on city property, scattered up and down the street. I somehow doubt the city approves of using their property as a commercial parking lot. 2. Guy was late and called me and pretending like he didn't know the pickup time was 9am, not 10am. He was 20 minutes late. 3. Your app is _fucked_. I have already inputted my information, uploaded a driver's license, etc - why am I being asked to do it again in the app at pickup? Why do I get an internal server error (ask your software chimps about this one) when your shitty app tries to scan my DL? Why am I having to Google this problem to find Reddit threads filled with people having the same problem to find a solution, which is to open the UHaul site in a browser on my phone instead of using the app? It did't even matter the guy was late because I spent 20 fucking minutes trying to get your app to work before he showed up. I am a SOFTWARE ENGINEER, by the way. If I can't finish doing a self checkout on your dumpster fire of an app in under 30 minutes, what hope does a normal person have?
