When we arrived at a 3rd party dealer scheduled time and location, nobody was there. The truck was parked on the street, dirty, and had new scratches that were not marked with the required X stickers. I called the dealer, but the phone number was unavailable and only recordings answered. I had never picked up a truck from a self-service location before, and I never will again. I would not recommend this type of pickup to anyone. I had to call U-Haul customer service, and they then contacted a nearby dealer. The dealer had to deliver a dolly for the truck, provide stickers to mark the new damages, open the lock boxes, and give me the truck key. This was a very frustrating and poorly organized experience. It took us more than an hour to finish the truck pick up.

Vishal SI paid $70 for 35 liters of gas, but I was only able to drive 65 km. This fuel consumption seems extremely high, and I am very disappointed with the performance. I would not recommend this.
