Educate staff of the difference between debit, and Visa debit. Before arriving to pick up my rental, I was told by 3 seperate employees that I would be able to pay by debit card when I arrived. This was not the case. I then had to leave, go to the bank, withdrawal cash, and return, at which point I was told the rental would now cost $100 more. Albeit the gentleman I dealt with was incredibly kind and obviously wanting to assist, and the manager was able to make it work for me so I was very appreciative of that.

Very poor experience with this 'Angel Aid Services' location. It's two trucks in a random parking lot with no U-HAUL representative available. There is a random pole with some old lock boxes and a U-HAUL sign - that's it. What's on the sign? Two phone numbers that don't have a dial tone. There's not even a mailbox set up for either of the phone numbers. We were assigned a truck at this location that was not even there... The two businesses that are in the lot where the trucks are parked have signs clearly stating that they are not affiliated with U-HAUL, so it seems that even the local business are tired of this poor business model being planted in their parking lot. After realizing that this Angel Aid Service isn't actually a business with actual employees to assist you, I called U-HAULs service line where it took an additional 50 minutes to clarify our assigned truck was not there and assign a new truck to our reservation number. I was placed on a 'brief' hold (20 minutes) twice during this process. The truck that we were eventually assigned was the poorer quality truck of the two available. In addition to the rust, old customer documents, empty folded boxes, and an overall clearly unmaintained truck, we had a 'Stabiltrack Service' notice appear during our 30km round trip use with the truck. Overall a very poor experience and don't think U-HAUL should allow locations like Angel Aid Services to operate with such poor supervision and assistance. 0/5 stars and will happily discourage others using U-HAUL at this specific location.
Angela YI know it’s an after hours drop off, but there was no clear signage, lighting was terrible and It felt very unsafe. there were two local phone numbers next to the key drop off box and I phoned both of them and there was no answer at either one of them. When I did call U-Haul directly the person I spoke to was very helpful and kind.

Courtney DWe had a reservation to pick up at this location at 6:30 PM, which was already changed from the original location. We were supposed to pick up from. When we got there at 6:30 no one was there we called U-Haul. They didn’t see our reservation. Eventually, the man for this location came and was nice and he did give us the key, but the lady on the phone with U-Haul said we did not have a reservation when we’ve had it for months. It was a hassle to pick the U-Haul up and it took over an hour. The lady on the phone was also telling us that instead we could go drive another half an hour to a different location and pick up a larger U-Haul than what we had originally ordered, which was very inconvenient for us.The man at the location was friendly and nice and did help us out, but overall the U-Haul experience seemed very unorganized.
