donald dOverall, I was satisfied with the U-Haul service. Everything went smoothly and the truck was ready as expected. My only complaint is that the moving dolly I had reserved was not provided with the truck. I understand that sometimes equipment may not be available, but I would have appreciated being informed in advance. That would have given me enough time to make other arrangements before moving day. Other than that, everything was good and I was satisfied with the service.
Zoran VJessica was absolutely fantastic! We had to make a few changes as our schedule changed and she was very pleasant, accommodating and professional. Would definitely rent from that location again.
