I only said no to the cleanliness of the van because there was a bit of dirt (dry mud) and some grass chunks in the cargo part, most likely from the previous rental, it did not bother me, I assumed it was because they had no time I picked it up the morning after the previous renter dropped it off after closing the night before. Overall I was very happy with the experience, the people were excellent and friendly as well as helpful in explaining the process. I will keep using uhaul when ever the need arises
