Overall, I was satisfied with the U-Haul service. Everything went smoothly and the truck was ready as expected. My only complaint is that the moving dolly I had reserved was not provided with the truck. I understand that sometimes equipment may not be available, but I would have appreciated being informed in advance. That would have given me enough time to make other arrangements before moving day. Other than that, everything was good and I was satisfied with the service.
Zoran VJessica was absolutely fantastic! We had to make a few changes as our schedule changed and she was very pleasant, accommodating and professional. Would definitely rent from that location again.

NANCY HI only said no to the cleanliness of the van because there was a bit of dirt (dry mud) and some grass chunks in the cargo part, most likely from the previous rental, it did not bother me, I assumed it was because they had no time I picked it up the morning after the previous renter dropped it off after closing the night before. Overall I was very happy with the experience, the people were excellent and friendly as well as helpful in explaining the process. I will keep using uhaul when ever the need arises
