Lock box didn’t work. Truck wasn’t pulled out and was low air and there was a nail in the tire. Not a very seamless self check-in. Thankfully an employee was there early to help.

CHAD DSelf check in, there was no one to assist but the app makes you take a ton of photos .
Jessica DDidn't see/meet anyone as it was dropped off after hours but easily done
