I made a reservation online, the reservation never transferred. Upon making the reservation I elected not to add safemove for $30. Yet after getting rental and later checking the rental agreement via email I was charged for safemove.

Donna MTruck was fine, other than cup holder being used as an ashtray with ashes left in it. The auto transport was another story. The left loading ramp came completely out of storage slot. Wheel to hold in place when extended was completely worn and did not prevent over extetion. All but one running light inoperative. Taillights inoperative, preventing nighttime driving.
George CLeon was super helpful and just a great guy. A very good experience.
Tony TLeon was a pleasure to work with. The facility was easy to navigate, the truck was clean and ready, and drop off was equally as easy. We will be using this facility and Leon again. I would not hesitate to recommend Leon and this location to anyone!
