Picking up the truck via the mobile system was a nightmare. The locks are very difficult to open, I had to get help from my mover who said everyone had trouble and the locks are terrible. I spent an hour and a half on the phone with customer service and they were unable to help me. I only was able to use the truck once my mover helped me with the lock

Could never find attendant. Never answered the phone. Had to make multiple calls to national call line. All other calls to u-haul were efficient and prompt.

Foreman BThe employee was not in the office for my reservation. He did not provide me with any paperwork. The trailer had pin bent so badly the ramp would not close on one side.
