No problems at all with the pick up / drop off location or the truck. My complaint is with the app. It's really, really slow. I tried using it a few years ago. At that time I had an old outdated phone and I thought my phone was the problem. This time I was using a new 5G phone only 3 months old. The results were the same. It took FOREVER to both pick up and drop off. Sylva is the mountains in western North Carolina so maybe that was the problem. I almost gave up and walked inside for the pick up but I was most worried during the drop off. The business had closed for the day so the app was my only option.

Picking up the truck via the mobile system was a nightmare. The locks are very difficult to open, I had to get help from my mover who said everyone had trouble and the locks are terrible. I spent an hour and a half on the phone with customer service and they were unable to help me. I only was able to use the truck once my mover helped me with the lock
Brianna KCould never find attendant. Never answered the phone. Had to make multiple calls to national call line. All other calls to u-haul were efficient and prompt.

Foreman BThe employee was not in the office for my reservation. He did not provide me with any paperwork. The trailer had pin bent so badly the ramp would not close on one side.
