The usb charging ports did not work in the truck. Other than that, everything else was great!

DUANE RNo one was at the store despite it being marked as open. 4 different people came and went that had reservations but were unable to get their equipment. One person was there for over 90 minutes waiting before they left without getting the truck the booked.
Scott CWhile U-Haul did not make this experience easy, the manager at this location really helped me out and made sure I was able to get what I needed to move that day.
