The personnel at Bear River storage are amazing. The facility is so clean well maintained. If I could rate this, it would be a five star. I will recommend this facility to everybody I know.

It was very quick and convenient to rent a Uhaul here. Much faster than taking several loads with a pickup truck. They were nice, quick, and professional.
JAMIE SI have rented 3 times this past month and wanted to try this location as it was closer to my home and I was unaware of it previously. This location was closed on a day it should have been opened. I would have gone to another location had I known it was going to be closed. It was a hassle to deal with the check-in process and wasted my time.

JAMES SI would never rent another truck from this location again. I was charged for moving insurance that I did not request. I called several times to get the charge refunded and was told they couldn’t do anything about it. This is a scam! Be very careful if you rent anything here.
