No enough space for parking in taber.lack of instruction where to drop off the big truck. Why because if you are going to drop your big truck the space around the office in not enough..there is dropping area nearby but nobody informed us.a poster maybe posted infront of the office especially that during your office is closed!
Ace BI was told to drop off the U-Haul in Lethbridge, but then upon returning was invoiced and additional $424 for dropping off at the wrong location…
Shannon DReturning my trailer i was greeted by the staff and he unhooked my trailer and parked it. Then took me inside to do the return so i didnt have to take pictures and submit them. All of this happened on a day they were closed and i wasnt expecting to see anyone! Best location ive dealt with
