Friendly service when we picked up the truck. The unit was fairly new which was great. Also the representative who helped us change the reservation was very easy to deal with. Two downsides: 1. The truck was from Arizona and the tires were bald - we got stuck in a cul-de-sac in an inch of snow. 2. When packing the truck it was snowing and the interior was incredibly slippery, so slippery that it was unsafe.
Kevin MIt took an hour to pick up the trailer. First they entered the wrong trailer so we had to go back. Then the drop off location was entered on the system wrong, but our paperwork was right. After we dropped off our trailer, another location called us wondering where the trailer was.
Cheryl WVehicle was clean and my accessories were all included. It was an older unit with over 160,000 miles but it ran well. It had rattles and was noisy. The cab fan only worked on high and the bay door was hard to open and close. It did the job.
